How to Activate WhatsApp without Using Mobile Number

After installing the app on your phone, you will get a Textnow number. Use this number to verify your WhatsApp account. This verification process will fail.
Then WhatsApp will ask you to do verification via Call. Choose the Call Me verification method and you will get a call at your Textnow number. Accept the call and take notes on the provided verification code. Use the code to activate your WhatsApp account.
Method 2: Use Primo
The second alternative is to use the help from an app called Primo. Similar to Textnow, you are going to use the phone number that you get from Primo to It’s available for Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac.
After downloading and installing the app on your phone, open it and sign up for an account. Select a username and password and that’s it. The app doesn’t ask for a mobile number or email address.
After that login to Primo and go to Menu. You can find your temporary mobile number there.
To use the number for WhatsApp verification, choose Call as the verification method. You will receive a call at Promo app, take the call and write down the verification code. Use the code to activate WhatsApp.
