Refundable Cases

Duplicate Purchase

If the same product is purchased twice within 48 hours, one order may be refunded or exchanged.

Wrong Product Purchased

If an incorrect product is purchased, the correct product must be purchased first before requesting a refund.

Extra Charges

If additional charges occur (such as download protection or physical media), these are optional third-party services. If purchased unintentionally, we will assist in requesting a refund.

No License Received
