Way 1: Restore Deleted Contacts from iCloud with UltData [iOS 12 Supported]

Way 2: Perform iCloud Contacts Sync on iPhone Directly

1. If you are earlier than iOS 10.3, go to Settings, select iCloud option and ensure that you are logged with your Apple ID. If you are iOS 10.3 and later, please follow this path Settings > Apple ID > iCloud and make sure that you've logged into your Apple ID.

1. Go to website https://www.icloud.com/ Log in with your iCloud account and click "iCloud Settings" in User Name at the upper right corner.

2. Click Restore Contacts option under Advanced section, you'll see available versions were archived by date and time and you can scroll to see more. 

3. Select the version you want to restore and click "Restore".

Note: After clicking Restore, you can't make changes as they won't be saved while restoring this version of contacts. Please wait for it until iCloud finishes the restore.

When the restore completes, the contacts in this archive version will appear on all your devices set up for iCloud Contacts. And if you restore the wrong version, you can follow the steps above to change another version or restore back to the current version.

Way 5: Export Contact vCard File to Computer and Send It As an Email on Your iPhone
