How to Sign PDF
Our signature feature is currently available only on PDNob Online - Sign PDF Online Free - and is completely free to use. It includes timestamping, audit logs, and compliance with e-signature standards (ESIGN, UETA, etc.). The desktop version is still evolving and does not yet support the full signing capability.
Adding a signature in Tenorshare PDNob is quick and adaptable. Whether you prefer drawing, typing, or uploading your signature, the tool provides multiple ways to complete the process efficiently. Follow the steps below to choose the method that fits your workflow.
- Launch the Tenorshare PDNob software on your computer.
- Click the "Open PDF" button to import your document.
- Select your file and click "Open" to load it into Tenorshare PDNob.
- Go to the "Comment" tab, then choose "Signature".
- Click "Create" to open the signature setup panel.
Method 1: Create Signature from Mouse
- Select the "Draw" option and use your mouse or stylus to handwrite your signature.
- After completing the drawing, click "Create" to insert it into the document.
Method 2: Create Signature from Keyboard
- Click the "Type" option to generate a typed signature.
- Enter your name or initials, then click "Create" to apply it to the PDF.
Method 3: Create Signature from Image
- Choose the "Image" option and click "Choose File" to upload your signature image.
- Select the file from your device and click "Open" to upload it into Tenorshare PDNob.
- Preview the signature and click "Create" to confirm.
- Click anywhere in the document to place your signature precisely where needed.
