After getting comfortable with the core features of PDNob PDF Editor, you can start handling your PDF files more efficiently. The homepage gives you multiple ways to access documents — whether opening a new file, revisiting recent work, or loading files from the cloud.
1. How to Open a PDF

Step 1: Load a File from Your Device
Start by launching PDNob PDF Editor. On the homepage, click "Open PDF" to browse your local files and select the document you want to view.

Step 2: Access Recently Opened Documents
The homepage displays a "Recent Files" section. Simply click any listed file to reopen it instantly without searching again.

Step 3: Open Starred Documents
For quick access to important files, go to the "Starred Files" section and select a document you’ve previously marked.

Step 4: Retrieve Files from PDNob Cloud
If your documents are stored online, click "Cloud Files" to browse and open files directly from your cloud storage.
2. How to Open a Locked PDF
Some PDF files are secured with passwords to prevent unauthorized access. To open or modify these files, the correct password is required.

Step 1: Unlock the File to View Content
When opening a protected PDF, a password prompt will appear. Enter the correct password to gain access to the document.
