How to Create PDF Files
Creating PDFs is a common requirement across work, study, and daily tasks. With Tenorshare PDNob, the process is straightforward and efficient. This guide outlines several practical methods to generate PDFs based on different scenarios.
1. Create a PDF from File
If you already have existing documents such as Word, Excel, or images, you can convert them into a PDF in just a few steps:
- Launch Tenorshare PDNob and select + from the sidebar.
- Select Convert file to PDF to import your source document.
- Choose the file you want to convert (e.g., DOCX, XLSX, or images).
- Click Save to generate the PDF file on your device.
2. Create a Blank PDF
If you prefer to start from scratch, you can create an empty PDF and build your content directly inside the editor:
- Open PDNob and click + from the main panel.
- Select Create Blank PDF to open a new empty document.
- Add text, images, or other elements to build your PDF content as needed.
3. Batch Create PDFs
When dealing with multiple files, batch processing helps you convert them efficiently in one go:
- Launch PDNob and select Batch PDF Tools from the homepage.
- Choose the appropriate batch function (for example, Convert to PDFs).
- Click Add Files and upload all the documents you want to process.
- Click Apply to begin processing. Once completed, the converted files will be saved automatically.
