How to Add or Edit Images in PDF

PDNob PDF Editor enables precise image management within PDF documents. You can insert new images, modify existing ones, and perform actions such as resizing, cropping, replacing, or removing images without disrupting the document layout.

1. Edit Existing Images in a PDF

To modify an image, open your PDF in PDNob PDF Editor and select the Edit tool from the top toolbar. Then click the image you want to adjust to activate editing controls.

Once selected, you can perform the following actions:

  • Move: Drag the image to reposition it on the page.
  • Resize: Adjust dimensions by dragging the corner handles.
  • Rotate: Change the image orientation as needed.
  • Replace: Swap the current image with another file from your device.
  • Crop / Delete: Trim unwanted areas or remove the image entirely.

You can also right-click the image to access quick actions such as Copy, Delete, Crop, and Replace.

2. Add a New Image to a PDF

Follow these steps to insert an image into your PDF document:

  • Select the Edit tool from the top toolbar.
  • Click the Add Image option to enable image insertion.
