How to Perform Batch OCR on PDF Files
Manually extracting text from multiple scanned PDFs can be time-consuming. Tenorshare PDNob's Batch OCR tool streamlines the process, allowing you to convert multiple PDFs into searchable and editable formats simultaneously. Follow the steps below to efficiently complete batch OCR.
- Open the Tenorshare PDNob application on your computer.
- On the main interface, click on Batch Tools.
- Select OCR from the available options to apply Optical Character Recognition to multiple PDF files at once.
- Click Add Files to select the PDF documents you want to process.
- Choose the files from your computer and click "Open" to load them into PDNob.
- Once all files are loaded, press the OCR button to begin processing. PDNob will automatically perform OCR on each PDF, and the converted files will be saved to your computer after the process is complete.
