How to Organize PDF Pages
Managing PDF pages can quickly become confusing—pages may be out of order, rotated incorrectly, or include unnecessary content. With PDNob PDF Editor, you can take full control of your document structure and make precise adjustments with ease.
Whether you need to split files, insert new pages, or reorganize your layout, the following guide walks you through each feature step by step using PDNob PDF Editor.
1. Split Your PDF
Divide large PDFs into smaller, more manageable files with flexible splitting options:
- By Number of Pages: Automatically split the document after a set number of pages.
- By File Size: Define a maximum size (e.g., 5MB) and let PDNob split accordingly.
- By Bookmarks: Use existing top-level bookmarks to separate sections.
- Custom Ranges: Manually define split points using a visual selection tool.
- Split Page: Select specific pages and click Split to separate them instantly.
2. Extract Pages to a New PDF
Create a new document by extracting selected pages:
- Navigate to Pages and select the pages you want to extract.
- Click "Extract", then choose whether to combine them into one file or separate files. You can also define page ranges or custom selections.
- Optionally remove the extracted pages from the original file.
- Save the new file to your preferred location.
3. Insert New Pages
Expand your document by inserting new content in multiple ways:
- Insert from File: Add pages from another PDF at any position (beginning, end, before, or after a specific page).
- Insert a Blank Page: Add a blank page at a specified position, ideal for notes or spacing adjustments.
- Insert from Clipboard: Paste copied content directly into a new page.
- Merge PDF: Use the "Tool" menu to access "Merge PDF", then click "Add Files" and "Merge" to combine documents.
4. Replace Existing Pages
Update outdated content by replacing pages with new ones:
- Select the page(s) you want to replace.
- Click "Replace" and choose the new file from your computer.
- Confirm the action to apply the changes.
This method supports both single-page and multi-page replacement. Ensure the page count matches when replacing multiple pages.
5. Delete Unwanted Pages
Remove unnecessary pages to keep your document clean and focused:
- Select one or more pages.
- Click "Delete" on the toolbar or press the Delete key.
