How to Fix Hey Siri Not Working after Update to iOS 16/17

I use an iPhone 12 with iOS 16 now and still when I say Hey Siri on it the Siri appears as how it used to appear in iOS 15. I have checked other iPhones with iOS 16 and the problem seems to be in few phones not all.
