How to Fix iPhone X Freezing with Black Screen in 3 Ways

“iOS 11.1 bricked my iPhone X. Getting an error 7.”

“Just got my iPhone X yesterday. I wanted to update it to iOS 11.1, when it was about to finish the update, the restore screen showed up. I have then tried restoring through iTunes. It gets stuck when it's trying to update the iPhone's firmware.”

Way 1: Force Restart iPhone X to Fix Screen Freeze

When you find iPhone X screen gets forzen for no reason, the first attempt is to give it a reboot. If lucky enough, you can have this particular issue solved. To force restart your iPhone X, do the following.
