How to Change or Reset Your Account Password

If you forget your password or would like to reset it, you can do so using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Reset Password in the PixPretty App

Step1Open the PixPretty application.

Step2On the login screen, click “Forgot your password?”

Step3Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

You can also reset your password through the official Tenorshare website:

Step1Go to the Tenorshare Account Center.

Step2Enter your registered email address.

Step3Click “Forgot your password?”
