IT HAS WORKED!! I tried it again restoring from a back up and this time, it’s gone through and all the files are recovered. I can’t tell you how much this means to get this stuff back. Deceased relatives chatting, my children’s first words, the heartbeat of one of my babies who died…Honestly, thank you for your amazing software. It has saved so much heartache.
