Matters Needing Attention As to Social Apps Backup and Restore
Viber Data Backup and Restore:
- Before backing up, please make sure you have logged in to your Viber account on the source device, or the backup data will be null.
- Before restoring, please make sure you have logged in to Viber account on the destination device and have at least one chat history on Viber, or the data that has been restored will be null.
- If the restoration keeps failing, please make sure both devices have installed the same version of Viber.
LINE Data Restore
Before restoring, please make sure the LINE account that will be logged in on the target device must be the same as the LINE account that you used to back up, or the data that can be restored will be null.
Aside from all the matters mentioned above, When your destination device got nothing after data restoration, please check the storage available on your device. If the available storage space is less than the size of backup data, there is nothing data that has been restored on the device.
