To get started, please update the iTunes version to the latest one, then launch it.
Click on the device icon to select your iPhone from the menu bar, then click 'info' and enable Sync Contacts with, don't forget to tick the All Contact option beneath the Sync Contacts with.
After all these done, hit Apply button to start contacts sync.
