Guide for Recovering iPhone Photos

iPhone Data Recovery offers 3 modes to retrieve lost or deleted pictures for whatever reason. Within 3 easy steps, you can get back images at once from iPhone 7/7 Plus/SE/6s Plus/6s/6 Plus/5s/5c/5/4s/4, no matter you have backed it up before or not.

Whenever you realize that you lost photo(s), stop using the iPhone and turn on Airplane Mode. And use iPhone Data Recovery to get back the lost photos as soon as possible.

Select Recovery Mode -> Scan iOS Device/Backup/Download Backup -> Preview and Recover

Step1. Select Recovery Mode to Get Started

Open iPhone Data Recovery, the default mode is “Recover Data from iOS Device”. This recovery method requires you to connect iPhone to computer with a USB cable. If you want to retrieve data from iTunes or iCloud backup file, just switch to the corresponding section.

Whenever you realize that you lost photo(s), stop using the iPhone and turn on Airplane Mode. And use iPhone Data Recovery to get back the lost photos as soon as possible. Otherwise, your lost data may be erased permanently, which leads to be responsible for failed recovery.

Mode1. Recover Data from iOS Device

If you didn’t have iDevice files back up to neither iTunes nor iCloud, the program allows you to recover lost files from iPhone, iPad and iPod directly without any backup.

Connect iDevice to computer via USB cable >> Tap “Trust” on device when pop-up window appears >> click “Start Scan” to scan all photos in your device.

Mode2. Recover Data from iTunes Backup Files

If you have no idea to connect device to computer for scanning, but luckily you had files backed up to iTunes before, this feature enables you to recover lost data from iTunes backup.

Click Recover from iTunes backup files in the interface > Select one backup file stored lost data > Click “Start Scan”

Mode3. Recover Data from iCloud Backup Files

If your iDevice is neither unhandy or unworkable due to stolen, water-damaged, stuck, etc, nor you didn’t back up to iTunes, you also are allowed to recover lost data from iCloud backup.

Manually log into iCloud account/Click Software Access to detect iCloud backup automatically > Choose an iCloud backup stored lost data > Click Next to move on

Step2. Preview and Recover Lost Photos

All the lost data is listed here. Click Photos to display the items. You can double click a picture to see the large picture.

Tick target items selectively that you want to recover and then tap Recover button at the right bottom to retrieve data.
