Step 1: Download and install Tenorshare ReiBoot on your computer. Then connect your iDevice to computer via USB cable.
Step 2: Once Tenorshare ReiBoot detects your device, select “Enter Recovery Mode" to put your device into recovery mode to fix iPhone frozen during/after 10 upgrade.
