Q1: How do I know whether my order is processed successfully?

A1: Usually, once the order is successfully processed, you will receive a registration e-mail from us in a few minutes. If you do not receive the registration e-mail within 1 hour, or you have lost it, please contact our support team at support#tenorshare.com (replace # with @), tell us your name and the email you used to order. We will check your order and send you the registration e-mail again.
Q2: Can I cancel my order after placing it?

A2: Sorry that your order can not be canceled. Because the orders are processed automatically, once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. If you ask for a refund, please see our Refund Policy.
Q3: Can I order without using a credit card?

A3: In addition to credit cards, we accept checks, PayPal, Money Orders and Wire Transfers. You can choose to pay by check or Money Order or Wire Transfer on the payment page. There is specific guidance for you to process the order.
Q4: Is online order and purchase from your Website safe?

A4: Yes, don't worry about that. We won't disclose your information to the third party. All the data is encrypted and our payment platform is secure.
Q5: How can I remove from my cart the product I dont want to buy before payment?

A5: To remove the product from your cart, you just need to check the Remove-Box beside the product, and then click "Update".
Note: Please be sure you have checked the product in the cart before payment. Once the transaction is finished, we wont refund for these reasons like "I bought it by error or I didnt know the product is in my cart".
Q6: If I purchased the wrong product, can I change the order for the right one?

A6: Yes, you can. If you purchased the wrong product, please specify the product you bought and the one you want to exchange. *(note: You need to pay extra money if the price of the two products isnt the same)
However, we do believe that such thing can be avoided, so long as you download our free trial version to have a try and decide whether this is what you what before you place the order.
Q7: I entered the registration code you sent to me, but the software said "Registration info is invalid". Why?

A7: Maybe this is caused by entry error. You'd better copy and paste the registration code to avoid a type mistake. And please don't add any blank before or after the code. If it still doesnt work, please contact our support team.
Q8: Do I need to re-register if I re-install the software?

A8: No, you don't have to re-enter your registration info. Our software will memory your registration status.
