When your Windows system was seriously damaged and can't start up, how to recover data on your computer? Data Recovery WinPE is here for the rescue. It works as a boot disk and boot up your computer and recover lost, deleted or formatted files. The whole process can be divided into 3 steps:
Download and install Data Recovery WinPE in other workable computer, instead of the computer that won't boot. Insert a blank CD/DVD, or a formatted USB flash drive to this PC.
Launch this software and you will get the interface like below.
Choose your boot disk from drop-down list. Here we use USB flash drive. Click "Burn" to start burning a boot disk. If your USB flash drive haven't reformatted, you should click "Yes" to proceed when a window remind you to do so.
Hit "OK" when the burning task is completed. Now you can boot up your computer with a bootable USB flash drive.
Insert the burned CD/DVD/USB flash drive to the unbootable PC. Run it and press "F2", "F10" or "Delete" to enter BIOS setup.
Use the arrow keys to select "Boot" tab, and then select "Boot Device Priority" and press "Enter".
In Boot Device Priority, please choose 1st Boot Device to USB, and then press "F10" to save settings. Now your computer will restart automatically and attempt to login into the operating system burned on your boot disk.
After it fully loads, you will see the interface of this software under WinPE technology. The following steps are the same as instructions of how to use Data Recovery Professional. You can refer to how to recover data from crashed hard drive here.
