After upgrading iOS10, some users encounter the annoying issue that iPhone suddenly had a stuck screen and stop being unusable. Here are some useful and simple tips for you to reset an unresponsive iPhone.

The Causes for A Frozen iPhone/iPad

iPhone problems occurs to us at any time. One of the most devastating issues is the iPhone/iPad/iPod becomes stuck or hung, being unusable. What happens? There are a few reasons that result in this abnormal behavior as followed:

Get the iPhone/iPad into Recovery Mode to Fix Frozen iPhone/iPad/iPod

When your iPhone is suddenly being frozen or hung, nothing happens after you restart or reset the iDevice, you might need to put your device into recovery mode to reboot a frozen or hung iPhone/iPad/iPod.

Step 1: Download and install ReiBoot on your computer. Then connect your iDevice to computer via USB cable.

Step 2: Once ReiBoot detects your device, select “Enter Recovery Mode" to put your device into recovery mode to fix iPhone frozen during/after 10 upgrade.

Step 3: A few seconds later, you will find that “Exit Recovery Mode” is clickable. Continue to click on "Exit Recovery Mode" to put your iPhone out of the recovery mode to solve stuck problem.
