Q1: What should I do if my Android device is failed to connect?

A1: Make sure you have installed the right driver in your PC. You can find the right driver of your device by visiting:
http://developer.android.com/sdk/oem-usb.html

Q2: What are the system requirements?

A2: System Requirements:

Q3: What file types does this program support to recover?

A3: It supports contacts, text messages, call history, photos (JPG, TIFF/TIF, PNG, BMP, GIF) and videos (MP4, 3GP, AVI, WMV, ASF, FLV,RM/RMVB, M4V, MOV, 3G2, SWF, MPG).

Q4: What Android OS versions are supported?

Q5: If my SD card is damaged, I am trying to reformatting it, can this program recover data from it?

A5: Sure, it can recover data from formatted SD card.

Q6: Why can't I find USB storage mode on my device?

A6: USB storage mode can't be set due to the following one or two reaons:

a. The USB cable of your device is not well connected with PC.

b. Your device is MTP(Connected as a media device)/PTP ( Connected as camera)USB device or not.

Note: If your device is in Rooted status, it can be supported to scan your device and recover your data.

Q7: Why the software remind me to allow Superuser Request?

A7: For rooted device, this program needs to enable Superuser Request to scan your device. If you refused to enable Superuser Request, it can't scan your device and recover your data.

Q8: Can I recover data from a device with an unofficial Rom?

A8: Brush your Android device with an unofficial Rom will make the device database different from the official Rom. It is suggested you have a test the trial version first to check whether your data can be scanned or not.

Q9: Why can't scan my lost files?

A9: This program can't scan your lot files sometimes, due to:

  • If the data have been lost for a long time, it may be overwritten by other data.
  • If the data was deleted recently, any new operation in the device or new data added may cause the date has been overwritten.

Q10: What is the difference between the trial version and the full version?

A10: There is no function difference between the trial version and the registered version in previewing the lost data. Kindly note that trial version can only recover the first 3 files for each file type.

Once your order is validated, the registration code will be sent to you automatically. Once you register it, you can immediately recover all the previewed data.

Q11: Can the software support restoring data directly to device?

A11: To avoid the data being overwritten in your device, it is not suggested restoring the recovered data to device directly. Therefore, this software is designed to save the recovered Android data on PC, instead of device.
